I dont see anything good..or bad but I dont see its worth what they charged
I didn't like anything about this hotel
Everything about this hotel was bad. The shawer didn't work, the room smelled as if someone pissed their, the door to the bathroom didn't work
Poor maintenence, dirty. Not even a value at the Booked.net rate. I would only stay there again if it was the last option in the Buffalo area
It was ok with the price they offer and is about 15 minutes to niagara falls .. It also provide breakfast wit tea /cofee that was nice
they need to invest of fixing some of the walls and pictures on the wall
Staff received me with smile and honoured my last minute requests too. Very pleased in my trip
Breakfast section need lot of improvements to satisfy and get every customer back again
Location of the hotel.
Cleanliness, It should have been Black Carpet Inn. Red Carpet was dirty with asaphalt kind of material which used to stick to our feet, had a very bad experience.
We stayed there for 2 days but they had not taken out the garbage or changed the towels. I had to go to the office to get new towels. The bathroom door did not close, the sheets gave a bit of a smell. Do not recommend this hotel
The hot tub in our room was nice, but not nice enough for $125 a night. It was suppose to be a King bed, and it was a queen size. The room was dusty and the blanket had burn holes all over it. Small room. Never Again!!!
If you are looking for a hotel to stay no more than one weekend this hotel fits. Cleanliness of room was ok and bathroom as well. Good located if you want to go Niagara Falls and Fashion Outlets.
Checkin went fine and room was clean. No problems.
Reception was cold and uninformable. When asked for directions to a college ion the area they knew nothing and could give no direction, we were just handed a map which was no good to us.
It was very close to University at Buffalo.
Bed bugs were present at the hotel!
Nothing much ...other than leaving
The room we booked had a juccuzi which had difficulites from the start .. First night plug didn't work (which they fixed promptly) to a complete break down the second night when it didnt work at all (button stuck down and it didn't work). Plus they charged us 15 dollars a night more then price booked online. Would not return
room size, water pressure was low
